About Aaron Williams
Aaron Williams is an AHPRA-registered psychologist specializing in performance psychology and youth development. Based in Perth, Western Australia, Aaron works with performers across Australia.
With experience in performance psychology, Aaron developed the Mental Performance Model (MPM) – an evidence-based framework integrating psychological flexibility, social connection, and neuroscience-based training.

What ages do you work with?
We work with performers aged 10 and up. Our Rising programs (ages 12-14) and 16+ programs cater to different developmental stages. We also provide services for parents, coaches, and organizations.
What is the MPM Framework?
The Mental Performance Model (MPM) is our evidence-based framework built on three pillars: Mental Fitness (psychological flexibility using ACT), Social Fitness (team dynamics and relationships), and Neuro Fitness (visual-cognitive training).
Do you only work with athletes?
No. While many of our clients are athletes, our programs are designed for all performers—musicians, dancers, actors, students, and anyone who wants to perform better under pressure.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, we offer both in-person sessions in Perth and online sessions for performers anywhere in Australia.
What is Senaptec training?
Senaptec is a visual-cognitive assessment and training system that measures and improves visual skills crucial to performance, including reaction time, eye-hand coordination, and visual processing speed.
