  • Jetpack (Automattic Inc., USA): Website security, analytics, and performance tools. Collects site usage statistics and provides spam protection.
  • Akismet (Automattic Inc., USA): Spam filtering for form submissions and comments. Form data may be briefly processed on US servers for spam detection.
  • Tutor LMS (Themeum, Bangladesh): Learning management system for course delivery. Course data is stored on our WordPress.com hosting.

By using our website and services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these overseas providers. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers comply with privacy obligations comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

For clients who were minors, records are retained until the client reaches 25 years of age, or 7 years from last service, whichever is longer.
  • Course enrollment and progress data: For the duration of your account, plus 2 years after your last course access.
  • Payment records: 7 years (as required by Australian tax law).
  • Website analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained indefinitely. Personally identifiable analytics data is purged after 26 months.
  • Marketing communications consent: Until you withdraw consent.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information (APP 11), including:

  • Secure, encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
  • WordPress.com enterprise-grade hosting with DDoS protection
