These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RAW Edge Performance website (rawedge.au) and services provided by Aaron Williams, AHPRA-registered Psychologist (PSY0002297677).

By accessing this website, purchasing courses, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

RAW Edge Performance provides:

Psychological counselling services (via Astoria Health Clinic)
Mental performance training
Online psycho-educational courses (via Tutor LMS)
Senaptec visual-cognitive training
Group programs
Team and organisational consultation

All psychological services are provided by an AHPRA-registered psychologist in accordance with the Psychology Board of Australia Code of Conduct.

2. Educational Disclaimer

Online courses and programs offered through this website are educational in nature and do not constitute psychological treatment, therapy, or clinical services. The content is designed to build mental performance skills and psychological literacy. It is not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Online Course Access and Duration

When you purchase an online course:

You receive access for the lifetime of the course on our platform, unless otherwise stated on the course page at the time of purchase
Courses are self-paced — you can complete them at your own speed
We reserve the right to update course content to reflect current evidence and best practice. You will retain access to the updated content
If we discontinue a course, enrolled students will receive at least 90 days notice to complete the course and download any available materials
Access requires an active account on rawedge.au

4. Refund Policy

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

Digital products (online courses): Because online courses are digital products with immediate access upon purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied and have completed less than 25% of the course content, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Faulty or misleading products: If a course is substantially different from its description or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the above timeframe, as required by the ACL.
In-person services: Fees for individual sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged.

5. Eligibility

Services are primarily designed for athletes, students, and performers aged 10 and above, their families, and support staff. For clients under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required for account creation and course enrollment.

6. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online or by phone
Cancellations require 24 hours notice
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary

7. Fees and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
Fees for services are outlined at time of booking
Course payments are processed securely via Stripe
Payment is due at time of service or purchase unless otherwise arranged
Medicare rebates may apply for eligible clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (in-person services only)

8. Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions is confidential, subject to:

Legal requirements for mandatory reporting
Court orders or subpoenas
Imminent risk of harm to self or others
Client consent for specific disclosures

9. Intellectual Property and Content Sharing

All content on this website and within our online courses — including the Mental Performance Model (MPM) framework, course materials, videos, assessments, worksheets, and written content — is the intellectual property of RAW Edge Performance and is protected by Australian copyright law.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course materials in any form
Share your login credentials or course access with others
Screen record, download, or capture course video content
Use course content for commercial purposes
Create derivative works based on our materials

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

10. Outcomes Disclaimer

Individual outcomes vary based on engagement, consistency, and personal circumstances. While our services and courses are evidence-based and designed to support development, we cannot guarantee specific results. Mental performance training is a process that requires commitment and practice.

11. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

Provide accurate information in forms and registrations
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not use the site for unlawful purposes
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
Respect intellectual property rights

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, RAW Edge Performance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the ACL.

13. AHPRA Compliance

All services comply with AHPRA advertising and professional practice guidelines. Aaron Williams maintains current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (Registration: PSY0002297677). You can verify this registration at ahpra.gov.au.

If you wish to make a complaint about a registered health practitioner, you can contact the Psychology Board of Australia or AHPRA.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services or these Terms:

Contact us first: Email info@rawedge.au with details of your concern. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Mediation: If we cannot resolve the matter directly, either party may refer the dispute to mediation through the Resolution Institute of Australia.
Consumer protection: You may also contact Consumer Protection WA or the ACCC for consumer rights matters.
Professional complaints: For complaints about professional conduct, contact Psychology Board of Australia.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to enrolled students via email. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
